5. Contact Form & Lead Management

When you contact us via a contact form on this website, your data is processed for lead management and customer service.

System used: Data is stored in our self-hosted Odoo CRM system.

Hosting: Odoo is hosted on our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No data transfer outside the EU.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (contract initiation) / Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO

Storage duration: Lead data is stored as long as necessary for processing. Legal retention periods: 6-10 years.

6. Support & Live Chat

When you use our live chat or submit a support request through our ticket system, your data is processed to handle your inquiry.

Data collected:

  • Name, email address
  • Subject, message, chat history
  • Timestamp and ticket number if applicable

System used: Zammad (self-hosted open-source system)

Hosting: Zammad is hosted on our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No data transfer outside the EU.
